Sofia Moutinho dos Santos joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2021, where she works in the Corporate area.
She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto in 2020 and holds a Master's degree in Criminal Law from the same institution. In 2022, she presented her thesis on the topic: "Indictable evidence: the defendant's silence in counter-indictments."
He also took part in the Civil Procedural Practices Course and the Short Course on Public Procurement, both at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
In 2023 she completed the Bar Internship Course.
