Daniel Bessa de Melo joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2020, where he works in the Civil and Labour practice areas.

He graduated in Law from the Porto University Law School and is currently taking a Master's degree in Civil Law Sciences at the Porto University Law School, writing a thesis on the topic of "Liability for Pure Economic Loss in Portuguese Tort Law".

He also completed the Course in Public Procurement and the Course in Civil Procedural Practices, both from the Porto University Law School, in addition to other complementary training.

Academically, he was Vice-Chairman of the Course Committee of the 4th Year of Law, in addition to having participated in academic mentoring projects and having had a stint in the Porto University Newspaper (JUP).

He is also the author of scientific articles, such as:
