Senior Associate

Pedro Neves de Sousa joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2018, where he works in the Public practice area as well as in Arbitration and Mediation.

Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, he also has a Postgraduate Degree in Law of Local Authorities from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a Master's Degree in Administrative Law from the Portuguese Catholic University - Porto.

He was a parliamentary assistant as part of an Internship at the European Parliament in Strasbourg and Deputy to the Civil Governor of Porto.

Enrolled in the Portuguese Bar Association since 2005, he is also a Juror of the oral exams and interviews with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2016.

Between 2009 and 2010 he was a Visiting Lecturer at the Postgraduate Course in Urban and Environmental Law at the School of Technology and Management.

Currently, he is a Trainer in the Administrative Procedural Practices course, taught at the Portuguese Bar Association, since 2016, as well as a guest assistant lecturer in the Curricular Units "Organisation and Administrative Procedure" and "Taxation Practices" at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto - School of Technology and Management of Felgueiras, since 2017.
