Pedro Condês Tomaz joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2016, where he works in the Employmentl, Civil, Real Estate, Tourism & Construction and Litigation practice areas.
Pedro obtained his Law Degree at the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University - Porto, as well as his Master’s with a specialization in Labour Law, having presented his thesis subject to the theme: “Non-Competition Pact in the scope of Sports Employment Relations: a red card case? ”
He also has a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law from the Institute of Business and Labour Law (IDET) - Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and completed the Course in Labour Procedural Practices, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto .
Pedro concluded Training Seminars on Expropriations for Public Utility and Professional Sports Law by the Portuguese Catholic University, and participated in several Congresses and Conferences in the area of Labour Law and Real Estate Law.
He is also a member of the Association of Young Juslaboralists (AJJ).
