Catarina Bernardo Martinho joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2009, where she works in the Tax and Criminal and Administrative Offenses practice areas.
She has a law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University, having completed in 2012 a master's degree in law at the same university, where she was also distinguished with the Professor João Baptista Machado Award.
Catarina has an active presence in academic life, namely as a Invited Lecturer in the seminar entitled “Of Crimes Committed in the Exercise of Public Functions” in the 24th Preparation Course for Admission to CEJ, at Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University, and as Invited Assistant Lecturer at the Higher Institute Accounting and Administration of Porto - ISCAP and the University of Aveiro.
