Eduardo Castro Marques is a Partner at Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão.

With a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Eduardo has complemented his studies in several areas of the law, namely:

  • Cybersecurity course at the Legal Institute of Communication (IJC), Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra
  • Advanced Course in Data Protection Compliance in the European Union at the European Institute of Public Administration - EIPA, Maastricht
  • Course on Labour Procedural Practices at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto
  • Specialisation in Contract and Company Law at the Law School of the University of Minho
  • Specialisation in Administrative Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto

He writes scientific articles for specialized publications in various areas of law, of which the following are noteworthy:

He was Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Association of Young Labour Lawyers (AJJ) between 2013 and 2018 and also Member of the Organising Committee for the 2017 and 2019 editions of Labour2030, a Law Academy event.

He also collaborates with various research, professional and educational associations and institutions, having taken over the Coordination of the Post-Graduation in Human Resources and Labour Relations at the High Institute of Entre Douro and Vouga.

Eduardo is involved in several courses on Civil and Labour Procedural Practice - Porto University Law School, Minho University Law School, Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University and Portuguese Catholic University, events carried out in partnership with ELSA (European Law Students Association) and respective Student Associations.

Recently took office as a member of the Institute of Law Firms (ISA) of the Portuguese Bar Association.
