Pedro Falcão joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2023 as Of-Counsel, where he works mainly in the areas of Civil Law and Consumer Law.
He has a journalism and law degree from Faculdade de Letras and Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra, respectively. He also completed a postgraduation course in Contracts and Consumer Law and a master's degree in Civil Law, having recently submitted his doctoral thesis in this area for assessment.
He is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at is currently an Assistant Professor at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra, and the author of several texts on consumer law, mainly on the subject of essential public services.
He has served as an Arbitrator at the Automobile Sector Arbitration Centre.
