Tiago Morais Rocha joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2018, where he works mainly in the areas of Civil, Employement and Corporate.
He is a teacher at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto since 2020.
Between 2023 and 2024, he was a Specialist Technician in the Office of the Secretary of State for Health Promotion in the Portuguese's XXIII Constitutional Government.
He is a Collaborating Researcher at CIJ - Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Justice.
He has a degree in Law from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto, and is also studying for a PhD in Law at the same institution.
He has a Master's degree in Law, specialising in Legal and Political Sciences, having defended his dissertation entitled «A Era Digital e o Estado de Direito Democrático na União Europeia».
