Mónica Fernandes joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2023, where she works in the Public Law area.
She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto in 2020. She is also Master in Legal-Administrative Sciences from the same institution, having presented, in December 2022, her dissertation on "The reserved contracts in the Public Contracts Code".
She has also completed the Short Course on Public Procurement and the Course on Civil Procedural Practices, both from the Law School of the University of Porto, in addition to other complementary training.
