Ana Rita Ferreira joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2016, where she works in the Employment and Civil practice areas.

She graduated in Law from Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University, and holds a postgraduate degree in Judicial Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Minho, as well as a postgraduate degree in Labour and Social Security Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, where she presented her work “The determination of the existence of transmission of the economic unit in the service provider companies - some considerations in the light of the jurisprudence of the CJEU”.

Ana Rita attended several courses and specialisations, namely:

  • Short Course on Foreigners Law at the Faculty of Law of Nova Lisboa University.
  • Short Course on Intellectual Property at the Faculty of Law, University of Porto
  • Advanced Training on the General Data Protection Regulation at Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University.

She was also an intern at the Vila Nova de Gaia Peace Courts and is an accredited trainer by IEFP.
