Ricardo Maia Magalhães and his team joined the Public Law team at Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in April 2023. With their integration, both teams were merged to form a team of young and senior lawyers. Several of the members of the Public Law team came from another large Portuguese law firm specialized in Public Law - Pacheco de Amorim, Miranda Blom e Associados - Sociedade de Advogados, S.P. RL. who joined the other members already in the department. Since then, the team has grown as new members have joined.
Given the size of the team and the high volume of work, a new working methodology was necessary to guarantee the Client that their matter is being handled with excellence and to bring them the best results.
We would, therefore, like to congratulate the professionals in the Public Law area, who have stood out for their ability in the field, having focused their work on legal support for public entities and who have provided legal advice on a number of relevant and complex matters over the past 12 months.
